Painted "Little Piggies"

The Other night I sat Autumn on the couch next to Logan so I could make her a bottle. When I came back she had fallen asleep against him. It was so cute I had to take a picture.

He just watched football and she just slept on his arm. What a cute pair. I just love them both so much.
So I figured since she was totally and completely out I might as well take advantage and paint her toe nails...It's been way too long.

I have to do it while she is sleeping or she moves to much and spills the polish and smudges her nails. The last time I tried to paint her toes we were in our resort bedroom in Mexico. She wasn't in as deep of a sleep as she should have been for me to be painting her nails and as a result she kicked while I in the middle of dipping the brush in for some more polish. With out really thinking I quickly moved my hands to hold her feet still so she wouldn't smudge her toes and I spilled the whole bottle all over our bed and floor and dresser. Purple nail polish on everything! I like to say I was just adding some color to the room. We moved a rug over the spot on the floor and tried the best we could to get what we could off the dresser. Luckily we never got billed for it.

This time though there were no problems, she slept soundly through the whole process and didn't move at all while they were drying. She looks like a little lady when her toes are painted!

California Girls...we're undeniable

Last Weekend the sisters in my family decided to do a road trip to California to see Juli, my sister, visit the Ashton Family and for a wedding of a friend of Rachales, my other sister. Taylor, James's girlfriend, so sorta sister...came also! Unfortunatley Becca wasn't able to come :( But everyone else was there!

In the car about to leave on our trip. The first night we drove to St. George and stayed in Joy and Kevin's condo. It was a nice way to break up the drive. We got there pretty late and when we tried to get in out key wouldn't work. I called Joy and she realized she had made a copy of the wronge key. So she called Tim, the manager of the St. George TacoTime, who also had a copy of the condo key and he came over and open the door for us. We went grocery shopping and made a delicious dinner, a vegetable and beef stir fry. After we did the dishes we watched "Letter's to Juliet." I enjoyed the movie, I thought it was a cute chick flick. The next morning we got on the road and drove to Juli's house! It was so fun to see her. She made us a really yummy lunch of salad and quesadilla's with juice. After lunch we went swimming at Juli's aunts house. The water was freezing and only Hannah and Taylor were brave enough to get in. The rest of us just sat around waiting for the hot tub to warm up. After it was warm we sat in it for quite a while just talking and catching up.

After we got back to Juli's we decided to make a music video...bahahahah it's really funny and embarassing, but I can't figure out how to get it onto my page...so if you want to see it you can check it out on my face book page.

The next morning Julianna made us crepes for breakfast with fresh squeezed orange juice and strawberries. They were delicious! After breakfast we went to the OUTLETS! Rocco found this fire truck ride and we had a hard time getting him off of it. He is so cute!

Juli, Me and Sara .

After the outlets we said goodbye to Juli and drove to RAMONA! It was fun for me to drive because I wan't old enough to drive when we lived there. As I was driving to the Ashton's house I was getting so excited to see all of them. I almost missed their driveway...it looks so different since the fires. But Rachael has been there since and was like, "Christa it's right here." I pulled up and it was so weird to see nothing where the house used to be. After we parked Rachael and I jumped out of the car and ran! I was so excited to see them! We spent pretty much the whole evening in their home just talking. I had such a great time. I love being around Sheila, anywhere she is feels comfortable. I've missed her. It was great to see Whitney, Jay, Courtney and Abbey as well.

After we left the Ashton's we drove to Oceanside to a condo Rachael booked for us. We went hot tubbing once again, only they had adult hour so that only people 18 and older could be there so Hannah who doesn't look nearly old enough to fake it had to go back to the room. Taylor was really sweet and gave up hot tubbing to go back with her so we wouldn't all have to go. It was nice and relaxing. After that we went back to the room and fell asleep watching TV. The next day we went to the beach!!! Hannah hasn't been to the beach since she was a baby and doesn't really remember it, she the best time I think. She just ran around in the waves forever and gathered sea shells...I taught her how to catch sand crabs and she couldn't get enough of it. She even tried to sneak some home, but I wouldn't let her put them in my car....haha.

(I really really really missed Logan!)

We ate and Joe's Crab Shack and found shirts that matched Sara and Hannah perfectly..."Little Miss Craby"-Sara and "Too Cute to be Crabby"-Hannah....Just teasin Sara. She can be craby but I think she is growing out of it!

Later that night Rachael had her friend wedding so while she was there we all went back to the Ashton's and hung out there for the evening again. We were going to carve pumpkins but ended up carving oranges instead...By we, I mean Sara.
After Rachael got home from the Wedding we drove back to Juli's and slept there...It was about 1:30 in the morning when we finally got there and we were up and on the road the next morning by 5. I was so tired. I felt bad because we left Juli's without waking her up...I just didn't think she would want us to wake her up afterall she didn't get to bed until after we were there. But later she told me she was sad we left with out saying goodbye and that she had made snack bags for our drive. I felt really horrible. Sorry Juli! We'll come visit again soon.
The rest of the trip was just driving mostly everyone just slept while Rachael and I took turns driving. I Was so happy to got home. It was a fun weekend, but I missed my little Autunm baby and Logan so so much! I think they missed me too. When i pulled into the garage, Logan came running out and gave me a huge hug and kiss! I love him! and Autumn was all smiles for me. Although I do have to say I felt a little out of the circle when I got back. Logan and Autumn were just this cute little team, they seemed to get along just fine with out me for a few days and really bonded.

Off to the Races..

Logan had a race at Bryce Canyon this past weekend. His dad's club put on the race so Mike (Logan's dad) was working the race, rather than racing with Logan. We went up there Friday night and stayed with Mike and DeAnne (Logan's step mom) in their 5th Wheel for the weekend. We had a really fun time. It was beautiful there. We got there Friday night around 11:00 pm. I have never seen so many stars. It was amazing how bright they were when there were no city lights to diminish them. Unfortunatly I was so tired from the drive I only took a brief moment to look at them before going in to bed thinking I would take advantage the next night and really spend some time outside looking at them...well the next night it rained and the the clouds were covering them.

We enjoyed being outdoors and seeing the beauty all around us. Logan did really well in his race too. As he was getting ready to bring his bike to the starting line he ran into some problems. The race was about to start and he did not have a first gear. Everytime he tried to start his bike in first it would just make a funny noise and lock up. So he ended up having to race with no first gear, which was pretty challenging for the course he was doing. It was very tight, lots of hill and turns and rocks. So he had to pay attention to what gear he was in the whole race so that he wouldn't accidentilly put it in first and lock up his bike. Autumn and I got to watch his start and he did great! It's always a little scary for me to watch him going so fast, but I know he loves it and is careful so that makes me feel a bit better. A little bit into the race he lost his front break, so that ended up being another challenge for him. But despite all the problems he faced he still came out on top! He took 1st in his class and 4th overall. He did a great job and it was one of the more fun races I've been to, especially since we've had Autumn.

All snuggled up for bed since it was cold and rainy and we were camping!

This is Autumn with her Grandma DeAnne Cleveland. She is so good with her and Autumn just adores her.
Autumn was pretty much best friends with this dog, his name is Klem. Every time he would bark she would laugh and she kept trying to grab him. She had no fear of dogs unlike her mother who gets scared of even little ones sometimes. She is her Daddy's girl through and through.

Since Logan took 1st overall at his last race his dad got him a new helmet. He looks pretty rad in it...
but even cuter in it when he's smiling and it's smooshing his cheeks.
