Daddy Love

This daddy loves his baby girl, if you can't tell.

He'll even share his sandwich with her...no complaints about it. And if you know Logan, that takes a lot. He hates sharing his food a lot.

Logan is a great Dad. He was always excited about having kids...and you can see why. He just loves being Dad 100% and he's a good one.

Autumn

I have been enjoying my daughter so much the past few days. She has been so sweet and loving. She comes up to me and pats my face with her chubby little hands and says "mamma" I LOVE it. She has a cute little toothy grin and loves brushing her little teethers. She calls them My "tee" She is learning so fast and tries to say so many words. So far she can say

She just chatters baby talk all day. She has been my little tag along the last couple of days and just wants to be with me constantly and I love it. I love being her mom and being her example and teacher. She is so precious. I love my little Autumn Rae.

Autumn has recently figured out how to open cupboards and drawers. Luckily I don't have handles on any of my cupboards or drawers so they are a little tricky to open for her...but she can get the bottom drawer in the kitchen open pretty well (the drawer of her things) She loves it...

Sleep

The last week and a half Autumn has gotten into a new habit that I HATE. She has decided she does not need as much sleep as a normal person needs. She would rather get up at 2:00am every morning and play with her toys. Of course she will only play happily if mom is in there playing with her. I'm tired. I was up with her last night at 11 and then again at 2 but at 2 I stayed up with her until I finally got her to sleep around 4:30. I don't function well with out my sleep. I'm a zombie at work right now. Boo Autumn, learn to sleep through the night again baby girl. Please.

Marshmello Matey

Last night we went to Kaysvilles Christmas Lights Parade...only we were 1/2 hour late and missed all but the last display. But we still had a good time drinking hot chocolate and listening to the Christmas music being played by a live band in front of the City Hall. Autumn was in her brandnew snow suit from her Grandma Joy and Grandpa Kevin. She looked like a puffy pink marshmello! She is the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life. I love her chubby cheeks and her huge brown eyes. She is such a beautiful girl and I'm so glad I get to be her mom.

I know she looks like she has a mouth full of teeth in this picture...but it's really the back of her tounge. No teeth yet.

Beck and Autumn

I have a really great friend from Hair School named Britney. She had a baby about a 2 months before I had Autumn. We've loved being new mothers together and sharing fun stories about our kids and just hanging out. Her son Beck is so cute and we have so much fun watching him and Autumn play together. We just had a Play Date!

Brit is such a fun mom, she plays with Beck and Autumn and makes Autumn laugh so hard. Beck won't laugh though, he just holds it in and turns red.
