Husband

Today I have been thinking about Logan a lot. I really love him. Here are some reasons why:

He is so sweet with Autumn.

He works so hard for our Family-He has to be to work at 6 o'clock in the morning and then he has school, he is always so busy but always makes time to spend with me and with Autumn.

He is always trying to find new things we can do together so we don't get bored with our lives. Last week he took me snowboarding, I've only been once before and that was in 9th grade. He was so patient with me. We spent most of our day on the bunny hill as he taught me how to do it. He helped me off the lift everytime, that was the scariest part for me, I felt anxiety every time we got on it knowing that I would have to get off. But he would hold me up as we got off so I didn't fall and get embarassed. It would be horrifingly embarassing if they had to stop the lift because I fell.

He does our laundry.

He helps me wash the dishes after dinner if I ask him to.

He changes Autumn's diapers-even the poopy ones.

He is a worthy Priesthood holder-I know he doesn't think about what a huge blessing that is for me and for the rest of his family, but I think about it and I know his mom and sister do to. This past Sunday was Fast Sunday and both Joy and Brooke bore their testimonies in sacrament meeting. Joy said that she was so thankful to have worthy priesthood holders in her home especially her son who she was able to rely on this week as Kevin was out of town. She has had some big problems to deal with at work this week and Logan would listen to her and talk with her every night this week, I don't think he thought it was a big deal, but it was a huge blessing to his mother. Brooke bore her testimony of how greatful she was for Missionaries. She just sent Cody out on his mission and it has been really hard on her. But then she talked about how greatful she was for her big brother Logan who sought out the missionaries and was baptized on his own and then served his own mission and how those choices he made has so greatly affected the rest of his family, as now they are all baptized and most of them are active members of the Church.

He calls me to say hi in the middle of the day.

He always kisses me goodnight, goodbye, and Hello. I love kissing him!

He takes care of Autumn every other Saturday so I can work.

He encourages me to keep hobbies so I don't loose my identity.

He writes me e-mails.

He tells me he loves me-something I need to hear everyday and he knows it and always lets me hear what I need.

I love you Logan.

Marshmello Matey

Last night we went to Kaysvilles Christmas Lights Parade...only we were 1/2 hour late and missed all but the last display. But we still had a good time drinking hot chocolate and listening to the Christmas music being played by a live band in front of the City Hall. Autumn was in her brandnew snow suit from her Grandma Joy and Grandpa Kevin. She looked like a puffy pink marshmello! She is the cutest thing I have ever seen in my life. I love her chubby cheeks and her huge brown eyes. She is such a beautiful girl and I'm so glad I get to be her mom.
I know she looks like she has a mouth full of teeth in this picture...but it's really the back of her tounge. No teeth yet.

She goes all out on everything. I love it. She always decorates beautifuly and cooks great food. We had a great feast and have fun speding time with my brothers and sisters and niece and nephews, My Mom and Dad, and my Grandma Simmons. It was delicious!
One of the three beautifully decorated tables

The second Table, where Jake and Danny are enjoying some food

The third table, see what I mean? My mother raises the bar on Thanksgiving Dinner!

Our Delicious food! The stuffing is my favorite Dish of Thanksgiving.
Logan was mad in every picture...He wouldn't smile for the camera
Another angry face...
John tried his hardest to crack him...with no luck
It seems like Autumn wasn't sure about the Bunny Ears either
Hannah had a nice napkin to make sure her pretty blue shirt didn't get dirty.
Autumn tried her very first pickle...she really liked it
Cousins: Lexi and Autumn, they love eachother
After our lovely dinner and a game of Settlers wich Logan dominated we went to Mike and DeAnn's to wish them a Happy Thanksgiving and let them see Autumn for a little bit. I love how much the adore her. She is so loved by all of our familes.
After we left Mikes we went home. We still live with Logan's Mom and Step Dad in their basement. His family Thanksgiving was at their house this year, so his Gradmas and Aunts, Uncles and Cousins were all there doing a fun Thanksgving/Christmas Craft Joy found. We jumped right in and did a few of the craft as well. We made really cute Christmas plates, with clear plates+Christmas fabric+Mod Podge. I'll post pictures of them later. They Turned out really cute, I think I'll make more of them this week. Thanksgiving was great! I really love my family.
The Sunday after Thanksgiving we took some pictures in the snow...Autumn loves the snow. She looks up and opens her mouth wide, it's like she is trying to catch it in there already. It's so cute.

Beck and Autumn

I have a really great friend from Hair School named Britney. She had a baby about a 2 months before I had Autumn. We've loved being new mothers together and sharing fun stories about our kids and just hanging out. Her son Beck is so cute and we have so much fun watching him and Autumn play together. We just had a Play Date!

Beck and Autumn in front of the Christmas tree...1st Christmas for both

Autumn has been trying so hard to crawl, she's almost got it.

Just two best friends...and two best kids!

Brit is such a fun mom, she plays with Beck and Autumn and makes Autumn laugh so hard. Beck won't laugh though, he just holds it in and turns red.

Look at those huge eyes!

Autumn had so much fun being pushed around in the Laundry basket

What a cutie Face
She is such and angel with sweet potatoes on her cute little face!

Nutcracker Christmas

Thursday night we had a girls night! It was much needed since Brooke just sent Cody off on his mission and Mary is missing Aaron and Kevin is out of town and...well I got to go home to my man, but everyone else needed it! It was so fun, we went shopping and shopped and shopped and shopped till we dropped. The we went to dinner at the Pizza Factory and then we went to the Clytie Adams Nutcracker. It was beautiful this year. Of course I always think it is beautiful, but this year it was just perfect. None of the dances were too long, the ballet was absolutely outstanding and we didn't even think about leaving early (like we usually do). It was the best ballet I've ever been to. I loved it. While watching the begining scene where they are having their Christmas party I was thinking of how fun it would be to throw a Christmas party like that! A Nutcracker theme, whre everyone dressed up fancey and we had a big dinner and danced and had a jolly good time. Every year we throw an Ugly Christmas Sweater party, which is so much fun, but maybe someday when we have our own house with a little more space I'll throw a Nutcracker Christmas Party. It will be lovely.
